- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Unsmoked pipes may be returned within 7 days
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images; however, variations in grain, finish, and appearance are part of the craft.

13. Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping options on all domestic orders totaling $150 or more (excluding spirits). The Free Shipping option is based upon the lowest cost and most efficient route for your order's destination.
How much will it cost to ship my package?
The cost of shipping a package depends on several factors: the weight of the package, how it is being shipped, and the amount of time allowed for the shipment. A variety of shipping options are available to choose from depending on the shipping destination and the items included in the order, allowing you to tailor the shipping method to your needs and budget.
Where do you ship to?
Due to federal and state regulations, we unfortunately cannot ship pipe tobacco or cigars to the following states and locations:
· Utah
· South Dakota
· Washington
· Hawaii
· Maine
· Any other locality where tobacco shipments are restricted or prohibited.
Due to Massachusetts state law, we are unable to ship flavored tobacco products to addresses within the state.
Orders placed from restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, although we try our best to ship same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Dark Arts LV is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
14. International Shipping
For those beyond our borders, proceed with awareness.
International shipping may be available to select destinations. It is your responsibility to ensure that pipes, tobacco, and related goods may be legally imported into your country.
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Dark Arts is not responsible for packages delayed, held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities. Should a shipment be refused or returned, any resulting costs may be deducted from your refund.
By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for compliance with your country’s import laws.
