A new silicate-based lining, similar to meerschaum, was developed in collaboration with mineralogists.The brand new, white “VAUEN-lining” represents a consistent enhancement of the classic meerschaum-lining and is characterized by its special properties such as very good heat resistance, food-safeness and excellent moisture absorption. It is also odorless and tasteless.
